Pizza is one of the most popular foods in the world and it's no wonder why. It's delicious, it's easy to make, and it's pretty darn versatile. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can have it plain or with a million different toppings. You can even have it delivered right to your doorstep. So how long is pizza good for in the fridge?

Unfortunately, pizza isn't one of those foods that gets better with age. In fact, it's pretty much the opposite. Pizza is at its best when it's fresh out of the oven. Once it starts to cool, the dough gets harder, the cheese gets rubbery, and the sauce gets congealed.

So how long does pizza last in the fridge?

Ideally, you should eat your pizza within 2-3 days of it being made. After that, it's still technically safe to eat, but it's not going to be anywhere near as good as it was when it was fresh.

If you absolutely must keep your pizza for longer than a few days, you can try freezing it. This will help to preserve it for a little while longer, but it's still not going to be as good as fresh pizza.

So there you have it. If you want to enjoy your pizza at its best, make sure to eat it within 2-3 days of it being made. And if you absolutely must keep it for longer, try freezing it.
